What are some popular places to work for people who live out in the Rapid City/Black Hills area?

For whatever reason, I imagine some tourism types of things, maybe surrounded by ranchers or farmers of various types in the rural areas.

Are there any significant employers in that region? Or large universities in that area?

Schools: South Dakota School of Mines and technology. South Dakota School of Mines & Technology in Rapid City

Black Hills State University in Spearfish/Rapid Black Hills State University - Spearfish, South Dakota

Employment: Retail. There are plenty of retail jobs. Also Rapid City Regional hospital. Health care and retail are the main service jobs around here.
