The St. Petersburg Times reported this morning that for the period that ended September 30 that 64,418 of a possible 86,452 agents renewed their licenses in Florida. A dropoff of 22,034 Realtors, or about 25 percent.
How does this add-up in other states? Any other comments?
Salespersons don't renew here until next June. Brokers renewed this year, but I've not seen any statistics regarding how many didn't do so. Our MLS fees are due in about a month so I'll be interested in seeing how many don't renew with that.
