Hello, I am a licensed broker, looking for a licensed, LA-based real estate agent (broker or salesperson license), bilingual (English + Chinese/Mandarin), to help me with incoming inquiries from Chinese buyers looking for residential property in/around Los Angeles.

I have several interested buyers right now that require further qualification and follow-up, but my Chinese language abilities are - shall we say - limited.

Please send me a message here or email me at my user name at yahoo.

Thanks.

Update Feb 2013: I am now also getting inquiries from mainland China for residential and commercial properties here in LA as well as San Diego and San Francisco. Feel free to contact me if you think you can help us in any of these locations. Thank you.

I'd be happy to refer to some of my realtor colleagues in the Bay Area if that would help? I really wished I'd studied harder in Chinese School growing up =D

Does trans-Pacific cooperation make sense?

Hello Geologic,

Yes, a transpacific does make sense. I am seeing more and more Chinese residents purchasing real estate here in California, be it for investment purposes or to use as a vacation/retirement home or main residence.

If you have any potential customers I'd be happy to pay you a referral fee on every closed transaction. Please send me a private message for the details.

Thanks.

Hello calbear629,

Thanks for your reply! Please send me a private message with the contact information of the agent(s) you can recommend and let me know how you know him/her so that I can explain how I "found" them.

Thanks.

I feel bad for Californians lol. It must be tough to compete with pay-by-cash buyers from China.
