I want information on what you get if you work for Remax, as a out of office work from home agent? Do you get any leads from the company at all?, and what is the cost and commission splits? Approximately, I know it varies by broker and office. I am new to all of this and want to explore all of my options.

It all depends on each franchise. Each managing Broker is different regarding compensation and costs.

You need to speak with a Remax broker in your area. I was with Remax for 11+ years with 2 different Remax brokers. Each were very different. Fees are different and the way leads are disbursed were different. You can't ask Remax agents from across the country to tell you what they have because they are not in your local market. Call the local offices and ask. They'll tell you.

Every company and broker has at least one, and often several, different plans for commission splits, advertising plans, etc. Best option is to talk with someone at several companies or offices where you would consider working.

Leads, yes. You'll get leads from the franchise. Everything you asked about is local so speak to one or several of your local BICs/Owners.
