We are trying to move from Texas to NJ and our company assigned us to work with Graebel Relocation co to sell our house in Texas and buy in NJ.
Has anyone worked with this company for relocating ? what was your experience
in buying and selling your home ? Any Tips ?
Due to tuff economy selling house is so difficult currently. How can I make Graebel help us to sell house quick ? any tips would be appreciated.

We've moved with corporate relos three times, twice with a guaranteed buyout using it once.

Unless you have a guaranteed buyout (they buy the house from you) it makes no difference. Your house will sell for market value. And, the buyout is no deal - you will likely get 10% or so less than what your neighbor got because buyouts are based on what price you home would sell for in the next 60 days or so - in other words, low. My advice, try to sell you home conventionally even if it means you won't get what your neighbor got. Only use the buyout if desperate.

All other advice is the same for selling any house.
