I'm sorry but she is an idiot. My bedroom is bigger than 90 sq. feet. There is no way I would be able to live in that tiny space. Hell, prison inmates get more space. She's not proving a single thing other than NYC costs completely outrageous.
There's no way you could live in that tiny space, therefore, she is the idiot?
Wow. Sometimes I wonder if people think about what they write.

And sometimes I don't.
completely agree JohnHenry.
Its not for me, but as someone living in a suburb of NYC, I can see the appeal. really the dealbreaker for me is the bed, I can't deal being that closed in.
knowing a bunch of people who live in NYC the kitchen isn't a dealbreaker for at least half of the single population there.
Honestly it didn't look as bad as I thought it would be except for the bed. If that wa a bit lower I think I could have lived in that space when I was younger if it meant saving a lot of money and being in the part of town I wanted to be in.
and that's an understatement, why would anyone want to live that way is beyond me...
The tenements of the lower East side back in the 1800's looked more luxurious than the closet she is living in.
