Hey,
We are currently trying to sell our home which has been on sale for exactly a week. We have had an open house and about 9 showings but so far no offers. We have found our house that we wish to purchase and the closing date is October 14, giving us 2 months to sell our home. If the house doesn't get any offers by the next week, we are thinking to price the house lower. Our house is priced very aggressively in our area, which has had houses sell in as fast as 4 days to as long as 10 months.
I will post our MLS and let you guys judge the house, give me feedback on the house and price if you guys wish. I will also post the MLS of our area.
Thanks!

Normally I would have said a week is too soon to make any decisions. But you put yourself in an unfortunate position by having a closing date lined up on a purchase. So maybe drop the price.
Does your agent think it's priced aggressively compared with recently sold comps? Typically they say on this forum that activity with no offers means too high a price, but you've only had it on the market a week.
I do think the pictures could be better, but that's just my opinion.
It looks like that the pictures were taken at different days/time? B/c one kitchen pic has stuff (magnets?) on the fridge and the counter looks crowded, but the other does not. I'd de-clutter some if it is not done yet (I am not saying that the house look cluttered, rather, I'd do anything that can make the rooms look bigger and brighter), and ask the agent to get feedbacks first before reducing the price.
If people are coming to see it based on your current listing, and 9 showings in a week is pretty decent, then I don't think your listing is the problem.
You have a lot of furniture, and it's big. I can imagine it making some of the rooms feel very cramped. I'd consider renting a storage room and removing at the very least both of your large sofas (the living room and basement ones).
Your kitchen counters need to be as clutter-free as your bathroom one is. All the jars, trinkets etc - put them in a cabinet or put them in storage.
And the kids room with the one bed has too much furniture - take everything but the bed and one dresser out and make it look as empty as possible.
Try to pack as much away into storage as you possibly can - you will have to pack eventually anyway and doing it now may mean getting a much quicker sale and for more money. You will be surprised at how little you really need, and it may inspire you to have less 'stuff' in your new house!
