Sounds like your cars are too big, not the garage is too small. So, no, doesn't need to be disclosed.

When we looked at our current home, it was advertised as having 2 garages. Indeed it had 2 doors but the second owners had created a 6' partitioned, storage space at the front of the garage.
We made sure our cars fit in both spaces before we made an offer (it is important for us in the snowy NE).

All of our, subsequent, car purchases have to pass the "garage parking test".

We will not be purchasing anything similar to an Olds '98 while in this house

If you called the bedroom a queen sized bedroom, then I would say yes you would have too.

If two cars of any size fit, then I think the sellers did nothing wrong.
