Do you have a link to the other horror story? lol Thank you for warning everyone. Our lawyer is drafting up a letter to the company telling them to take ALL of the solar panels and miscellaneous items, not just the panels itself and leave weathertight holes in our roof! Oh, I love how they want us to sign a waiver that leaves them clear and free of any damage that may incur. The co. is calling my husband again (since we haven't spoken to them)since we contacted our lawyer for advice. They won't let up. They gave us a date to take panels off BUT not with that horrendous waiver that he would sign! What a nightmare. Can't even enjoy a new home!!!!!!!!!
