Where can i find a realtor online that is willing to work with me but also online showing me homes for sale in the most rural parts of richmond/rosenberg, tx and maybe also tell me how much a home would need in touch ups??? Would there be a realtor who would give me personalized service of this nature?? How can i go about finding a realtor who covers these two sister cities? Realtors that cover richmond/rosenberg, tx 77469, 77471

Search Zillow, and they will show local agents you can contact. Most will tell you to get a home inspection. They will also want to know if you are qualified. Be prepared for a few duds, but there are some good ones out there. I completed a deal from 14 time zones away in November.

There’s an Agents tab on Zillow where you can search the town you’re looking in and a list of agents that service that area will pop up. Keep in mind the Premier Agents pay to show up at the top of the list. Read through lots of their profiles, reviews, etc, and contact a few that you think would be a good fit. Once you’ve talked with a few you should be able to decide if you’d like to work with any of them, and if not, rinse and repeat! Or if you happen to know or trust an agent outside of the area, they can do this research on your behalf and match you up with a local specialist. The referring agent would likely get a referral fee from the local agent once the deal closes. Best of luck!
