So I have secured a position in Charleston and will be moving to Charleston but I won't be able to move until the end of June as the job starts on July 1st. When should I start looking to "buy" a home? I saw a home that I like now that is on the market but I don't want to buy it before I am ready to move over there. Should I make offers on the house but delay the closing till next year (is that even possible?) When should I start the "buying" process? When should I start looking for mortgage lenders, realtors, etc. etc.?
