Are there still no-down or very low down loans available to people whose credit scores are above 750? I want to buy some rental property while the housing market is so depressed. I'd rather not sink my available cash into a down payment if I don't have to, because I expect I'll need to do some upgrades and maintenance to the property right off the bat.

Low down payment mortgages do not exist for investment properties anymore. Minimum 20% down, better rates with 25% down.

I would have thought that we learned our lessons. I guess at least the banks did.
