Al Capone's legend of bootlegging, gangland slayings and tax evasion lives on more than 60 years after the Chicago gangster's death. Now comes a footnote that is a sign of the times: foreclosure.
I wonder if Capone ever considered a short sale ? Also being from Chicago and still being a registered voter, I assume Capone would qualify for his 1st time homeowners $8K tax credit.
This is not the first time this property has been foreclosed upon.
