I wonder if Capone ever considered a short sale ? Also being from Chicago and still being a registered voter, I assume Capone would qualify for his 1st time homeowners $8K tax credit.

I'd bet our Govt has already sent him a check.

I sincerely doubt that anyone would of marched up to the front door with an eviction notice even if he had a mortgage on a house.
