I'd say the health risk of HTL .3 miles away is less than the health risk caused by worrying about it.

I think the health issue isn't an issue...however, how visible is it. I know here you could be .3 miles from the powerlines and not be able to see them. That would even make the aesthetic issue negligible

The OP has said, a couple of times, that she cannot see the lines from the house or yard. And she said she asked the neighbors how they feel about them and they expressed no concern.

So is it an issue? Yes. Because after all of that she is still worried.

Buying a home is a major purchase. Buy one that you really want, not one because you haven't been able to find anything else better for the past eight months.

I think this tax credit stressed everyone out. I'm glad it is winding down. The latest clients to come around seem more relaxed.

If you are going to feed your child processed foods or fast foods then buy anywhere you like. If you want to raise your child in a healthy environment then I think you need to look elsewhere. The question is; do you want the peace of mind that comes with doing all you can for your child?
