Ingredients for 4 people:

1 box of cannelloni For the sauce: 500 grams of minced beef oil an onion a carrot celery half a glass of red wine 1 kg of chopped tomatoes salt to taste. For the sauce: 1 liter of milk 50 g of butter 50 g of flour a pinch of salt. add nutmeg
For the filling:
1 kg of ground mixture, beef pork and chicken 1 liter of broth
preparation:
Place in a pan carrot, celery and chopped onion with a little oil and fry, add the ground veal and sprinkle with half a glass of red wine, add the chopped tomatoes and salt. Separately in another pan, brown the ground beef mixed with a little oil, add the broth and simmer for 30 minutes.
To prepare the sauce:
melt the butter in another saucepan, add flour and milk previously brought to a boil and stir until it becomes solid add the nutmeg.

Fill the cannelloni with the meat, put them in a baking dish and drizzle with sauce mixed with the sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

this pic makes better the idea, I do not know if you have never eaten it, there are many variations for fill it such as stuffed eggplant or other vegetables like artichokes so they are all really delicious.
Imagine the taste of pasta the filled that melt in your mouth in the fragrance of the white sauce with nutmeg ( besciamella )
