All hot wings are low-carb, unless you bread them. Which you do not. Ever.
I use Frank's hot sauce, and mix it with a teeny bit of butter to help the sauce stick to the chicken. If you want to spiff up the sauce somewhat with garlic juice, hot pepperfflakes, etc., now's the time to do it. Heat the sauce in the microwave until the butter melts. Stir until the butter is absorbed into the sauce.
Coat the wings with the sauce, and broil (not bake) them at around 400-450 for about 8-10 minutes, or until the tops look a little crispy.
Pull them out, coat them again, and broil the other side for 10 minutes.
Devour.
