I would like to know what are some easy things that you cook?

Like Ramen, or a burger, or so on? What are some easy foods that you cook?

Almost everything I cook is easy, but I guess it depends upon what you mean by easy.
My main repertoire consists of a potato (baked, mashed, roasted, etc) a grilled or baked piece of meat or fish, and a steam in the bag vegetable or a salad.

Skillet fried rib pork chops in my cast iron skillet.

Just brine for about and hour let air dry, sprinkle on pepper, garlic and onion powder. Cook five minutes each side and pull when brown and temp reaches 140.

YUM!

It really depends on what you want as to how complicated it is. I can put together homemade macaroni and cheese within bout 30 minutes.
Meatloaf takes a few minutes to combine ingredients and an hour in the oven except I put my ingredients together then put it in the fridge overnight.
Homemade pasta can be done within about 30 minutes then add butter, olive oil, a wee bit of flat leaf parsley and grated Parmesean, Romano, or Fontina cheese.
Baked Rigatoni and Bechemel and Prosciutto is about an hour start to finish.
Then there are the traiditional easy meals for pan frying or grilling any meat or poultry.
Making any meal is only as complicated as you want to make it.

Occasionally when my two 20-somethings are both home I cook up a pack of bacon and put a few slices on grilled cheese sandwiches. If we are really hungary I heat up some tomato soup!

Pasta with butter and cheese is also good.

Pasta with butter and salt is good, too!

CHICKEN JUNK

Cook up a pot of noodles and drain them well. Dump in a can of condensed cream of chicken soup, half a soup can of water, one of those little flat cans of chicken, a can of drained peas and half a teaspoon of curry powder. Heat through and serve.

CHICKEN JUNK, VERSION II

Substitute 1 c brown rice cooked in 2 c water or bouillon for the noodles. WHITE RICE DOES NOT WORK.

HAM JUNK

Substitute a can of ham for the chicken (you'll have to slice up the ham or tear it up with a fork).

PORCUPINE STEW

Fry up 1 lb ground beef over medium heat with salt, pepper and onion powder to taste. When brown, pour over a can of condensed tomato soup and half a can of water. Add a bay leaf, cover, and simmer 45 minutes, stirring about halfway through. Discard the bay leaf before serving over rice.

Gollly, there are so many, but I guess the stand by for us is: a can of tomato or any kind of soup and a tuna or grilled cheese sandwich or a frozen pizza, doctored up with a little imagine. If you want something a little less simple for guests try, a simple mac and cheese, just make a basic white sause, add 2 or 3 kinds of cheese including one that is creamy and pour over boiled mac, you don't really even have to bake it if you don't want to , but it is much better baked for about an hour. Make a quick green salad and everyone is happy. For the salad dressing, just a little lemon juice and a splash of olive oil makes a good dressing, add an orange, apple or a few strawberries to the salad. If you want to get a little more creative but still stay simple, a basic meat loaf with rice or baked pots is always good.
