What are your fave coffee additions at home, hot or cold? The flavored coffee creamers from the grocery store are not my favorite and always looking for a change from my usual coffee with 1/2 and 1/2. One of my favorite cold weather drinks is:
Hot coffee +
Kahlua
Creme de Cocao
Dash Sambucca (anise liqueur)
Topped with whip

We make our own creamers.
We flavor ours with vanilla bean slit and left in the creamer. We also like a touch of bailey cream in the creamer. I also have added cocoa powder and cinnamon.

But normally we just leave it plain creamer.

I am plain coffee gal meaning it's just milk and sweetener and hubby likes it iced and black. Never cared for any flavored creamers in mine. I'd be open to trying a little baileys in mine.

The only time I put anything in my coffee is for a traditional Irish coffee. And even that's rare.

While the OP said 'brewed', for those of you who have an espresso machine at home (even a Nespresso will work), try a shakerato coretto: pull your shot, have a cocktail shaker full of ice standing by (and it must be full since you don't want it to melt), add a splash of Sambuca to the ice, throw in the espresso shot, shake hard for a few seconds and strain it into a martini glass. Surprisingly refreshing.

I pretty rarely add anything to my home brewed coffee but half and half or heavy cream. I'm not big on liqueur add-ins or flavorings. On occasion, I'll whip the heavy cream, but that's about it.

Breve lattes, and breve chai tea lattes. I heat the half n half or heavy cream, froth it, then brew the coffee - Tully's French Roast is one of my favorites (or tea - I use Tazo traditional chai tea or the Tazo chocolate chai tea) right into it. Mmmm, almost as good as breve lattes at a proper coffee house. I don't have a $1500 espresso machine so I can't home-make the micro foam, but the frother does a decent job and only cost me under $10. But some day...that espresso machine will be MINE.
