Earlier was mentioned how seafood and cheese don't mix I beg to disagree. My mom makes, I have too, what I consider a comfort food. It's a slightly cheesy white sauce with shrimp, the larger ones not popcorn, with chunks of diced hard boiled eggs. Spoon over toast. I don't know if this dish has a name. Yum. I haven't asked her why she started making this, it doesn't seem to fit into the rest of her repertoire.

Actually, I just had shrimp and grits and the gritswere very cheesy. It was good.
