I have a duck. My brother went hunting and brought it back. I have no idea what to do with it. It is currently living in my refridgerator for the last day or so. What do I do with it? I've never roasted a turkey, but I understand it's not that hard to do, so I assume a duck isn't much different. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I realized that I've never cooked a wild duck! lol Domesticated ducks yes, and the only real trick there is that they are much fattier than chickens and turkeys. However, I figured a wild duck might not be like that, so I did a bit of poking around for you. I like this site here, Wild Game Recipes| Duck Recipes| Wild Duck Recipes because it tells you how to pre-prepare a wild bird. Hope this helps
