So I decided to try something new tonight, and on the way home, I picked up some jalapenos and habaneros, as well as a little bag of William's Spicy Wings coating mix. I used some cream cheese with chives and herbed chevre goat cheese for the filling, and then - just for the hell of it - used coconut cream instead of milk for battering.
Kind of a poncey take on everyone's favorite finger food
They turned out
awesome, especially the habaneros, aside from the fact that the batter didn't seem to want to stick after I took them out to cool! Anyone got some advice? I don't really batter things all that often.
