I think the biggest difference is an SO does more stuff with you (and no, I don't mean that in a dirty way). An SO will do just about anything to keep you company simply because you're a couple. But friends don't feel guilty for ditching you because you're just a friend.

I meant that "not wanting kids" isn't any sort of bar to having sex. That's what abortions are for.

But, sure, masturbation can be as good as, or even better than, sex with someone else.

I woke up sick. So sick I had to go to the clinic. All my friends were at work. I couldn't drive. The amount of time it would've taken for my friend to come over. I took a cab.

I hated it. I've never been that sick before. Ugh.
