They are dumb. They display the rack like a tart, expected to be treated like a lady. And then also they make it an even bigger deal by creating a scene over people looking. I mean JC, I even look when they are out there like that. Its like a train wreck. CH chest is disgusting these days. Makes me think of cow udders or a butt for a chest. They looked so much better before she chunked out.

I think she wears them well. The dress on that photo clearly emphasizes them, but CH still looks pretty darn hot. And yes she's "softer," but she's not someone I would throw onto the chunky list.
They look kind of weird. Maybe because it's just closer to the collar bone or something, IDK. It looks almost like it's in a square shape. x) I love her hair though.
