So I was curious what you all think. I mean, it's possible of course, but what do you think? The reason I'm asking is because a girl at work comments on nearly 90% of my facebook statuses. While I don't believe that internet actions mean anything in real life, other people at work seem to think differently and seem to believe that the girl is...interested in me? To me, people are usually way different than they are online. That is just an example of what I mean...the girl has a boyfriend so I'm not really worrying about it. So what do you think? Are internet actions simply that...internet actions? Or do they usually indicate how someone feels about you in real life?

the internet can't really indicate anything...but the people that go on facebook sure can....for some people it's just a quick way to see family photos and keep up with what's happening ....for others it's all about meeting others...the internet can be harmful or helpful...it all depends on the people using it.

Depends on the person. If the person is normally introverted or socially outcasted in real life, how they act on the internet can indicate a lot about who they really are more often than not [speaking from personal experience]. Whereas if they are extroverted irl, that may or may not be the case.

So in essence, look at who she is outside of the internet before you start connecting the two. She may really like you, she may really not. Never know...

I think it's the Internet; not internet.

Some people simply like to post messages to see their words in "type". She likely wouldn't be making posts on your page if she dislikes you, but it doesn't necessarily mean much more. As others have said, it depends....

She's probably just bored, and comments on everyone's posts.

Only one way to find out: get off the internet, walk over to wherever she works, and say, "Hello, you wanna go grab a burger, fries, and milkshake??"

I'm amazed at how people are so friendly online but can't do the same in person. I'd blow it off.

Don't cut another guy's grass. It's bad karma.
See if she dumps him, then worry about it. Until then, she's off limits.
