How do people find moms who are 15 years older than them hot? I mean, when I was 15, I wanted my friend's mom who was 30, but again, I was 15. This is someone you work with so I'm assuming you're a bit older.

I don't think it's the right thing to do unless she comes onto you. A divorce is tricky especially when a child is involved so I would stop thinking of her as a MILF and try to respect the fact that she just got done with a divorce.
