With who? People in their own ethnic group? People in different ethnic groups? Which minorities? Easier than who? People who live in an extremely rural part of the planet, where people live on less than $1 a day? Than an investment bankers?

What??? Who has an EASY time dating? It's Dante's 3rd Circle of Hell. The anxiety, the dread, the prospect of rejection, misunderstanding, verbal or emotional abuse, wasted expense, wasted time on people who falsely represented themselves. All this happens to one degree or another.

I'm assuming you don't count Asians as minorities, who statiscially have higher average incomes than Caucasians.
And no, minorities do not have it easier in dating. Just look at dating sites that show race preferences and you'll see that Caucasian men are overwhelmingly preferred, even on profiles by non-white women.
That being said, a man can find niche groups within and outside of his own race where his minority status is an advantage.

Money is not an issue until things get more serious and then when two people are together they will make it work regardlees of the money issues. Don't you know most people are living pay check to pay check and a job loss can put many people of all races on the street?

I appreciate your opinion, but I'm not the hunter type. I prefer dating women who see me as their preference and take a calculated approach to uncovering who those women are. It's worked quite well for me over the years.
If were in the dating market right now, I wouldn't waste women's time or mine with shotgun approaches, especially since I don't live in a majority-Black city anymore. I'm sure living in Oakland makes your method easier, as it probably would for me if I moved there. When I lived in New Orleans, it was "ducks in a barrel."
Even hunters worry about advantages and disadvantages and other hunters, many prefer not to "hunt" where all the rest are too.
I'm sure your way has worked well for you, so I'm not knocking it. It's just not my cup of tea.
