Bottom line is: nobody can effectively curb your wish to use others for sex because you are an entity with free will, and most girls would be offended by your motive and they are entitled to feel that way as well. Your complaint about girls not wanting to be used sexually by you is therefore unfounded and illogical.
What you should really ask is "I just want sex, why wouldn't any woman sleep with me?"
You need to ask why a woman doesn't want to be your personal spittoon? What's the point of doing every guy out there? You aren't guaranteed an orgasm but you may be left with a nice std or a baby and with an attitude like the op the women would definitely be left holding the bag.
Maybe she isn't into you... maybe while you are trying to use her for sex, she is using you for company... that would be real funny and she isn't going to give you the sex part..
Why do guys like me have to play games and lie in the beginning just to get the drawers. We have to act like where interested in your personality and what you have to say when in reality all we want are the cheeks??

I'm not talking about if she finds him absolutely hideous and wants nothing to do with him; I'm referring to the situation where she shows interest in the guy but all he's looking for is happy hour.

Perhaps because you seem to have this idea that every woman on the planet should feel lucky to have sex with you. Instead of being so cheap go put out the money for a hooker and have all the sex you want without hurting anyone's feelings or making anyone feel used. However, with your attitude if I was a hooker I would probably tell you to take a hike just because of your attitude.
I have read every post on this forum and need to point out something blatantly obvious.
OP and his supporters are frustrated, rightfully so, that they want casual sex and women do not.
The women on this forum, every last one of them, says "not with me you won't" while at the same time desparately holding onto that misguided women's belief that "there are plenty of sluts out there...go bang one".
No there are not. There are women who get paid to have sex. Like maybe 1% of the population. But the vast majority of women, including those 4 girls in mini skirts sitting at the table next to you and your girlfriends at the club, that you all just called sluts willing to sleep with any guy who walks in....even they will not have casual sex.
So read these guys posts and actually learn something. There are not plenty of slutty women walking around willing to bang every guy who walks through that door. That is a huge misguided misconception that women desparately hold onto. Every last one of women, except the prostitutes and strippers, wants love and respect before sex comes into the picture, just like you do.
