are you still considered a homewrecker if you knowingly sleep with a guy who has a girlfriend?

Technically, the guy is still single if he's not married so he's fair game...right?

Homewrecker? Not necessarily. Tramp? Sure.

Unless it is a living together situation, I am not sure how it could be considered homewrecking. That doesn't mean it will be highly thought of by everyone.

I was having this discussion with someone and they think it's only wrong to sleep with a married man. A person who is in a relationship is still technically single, so there's nothing wrong with it.

If he can't tell his girlfriend...then it's wrong. If she thinks it's ok, she can let the girlfriend know as well.

You need to be a bit opened minded. That tingling feeling you get for an actor on tv that is married is just as bad. Don't put yourself above others. That little white lie you told is just as bad. There is no measuring stick to moral innocence.

A person who is not married is single by definition, but regardless, when someone is in a relationship, it's still wrong.

A piece of paper doesn't confirm anyone's fidelity or level of commitment. When you're in a relationship you're committed to your partner. Yes, legally you're single but I would consider that person "off limits". If a girl sleeps with a guy KNOWING he's in a relationship, then she's a tramp. If she truly doesn't know then I can't blame her. The guy, either way, is a pig.

Someone unmarried is single in front of the law.

In relationships, that person may be committed to a monogomous relationship with someone else, without going through the legal hurdles to be "married."

So the fact that there is no legal married contract does not necessarily make every unmarried person free game. Unmarried couples can and do cheat too.

Sure. Technically, he's single the day of his wedding so there's nothing at all gross about ****ing him that morning, right?
