I guess all you can do is have compassion for the difficulty they're going through, and keep telling women they're beautiful.
But according to many men on this forum, telling an ugly woman that she's beautiful will just inflate her self confidence and she'll start thinking she 'deserves' better and will reject 'normal' guys. Seems that telling women that they're ugly so they'll have low self esteem and 'settle' for average men is what they want.

I just think holding celebrities up to 'normal' people is ridiculous. They have personal trainers, personal stylists and can afford all the best creams, makeup and clothing to make them look their best. Average Jane from Nebraska will never have all that. They even have access to plastic surgeons that can easily make their surgeries look invisible. I've seen a few celebrities up close and believe me, they do NOT look all that different than a normal person. It's amazing what the right clothes, makeup and photoshopping can do.

You're not. I'm sick of 21st century women and their vanity, which only fuels their self-entitlement and egos.

And yet you fail to acknowledge the myriad of 21st century men who live like slobs and do nothing but play video games all day in their grandma's basement yet believe that they deserve to date a Victoria's Secret supermodel.

I kind of agree with Jet Jockey...most men would prefer enhanced breasts over an A-cup or flat-chested girl. I think the breast fetish is to blame. I don't get the HUGE deal about breasts. Yeah they're nice, but I don't drool over them. I honestly just prefer average. So they're a little saggy. So what? So they're a bit odd shaped? So what, we come in all shapes and sizes, if we all wanted to look like barbie-like mannequins we might as well all looking the same. Porn and stuff promotes busty 20 year olds as the perfection of female beauty. I so disagree: while many women do peak at 20, there are some who peak at 30 or 40. Even just looks, but not to mention I find the personalities of these older ladies more appealing.

I'm not into excessive self-modification in any form. A little here and there, if she feels it really benefits her, but I do go for the au naturale look, and I mean that. The more you get used to see women with little or no makeup, the more you appreciate NATURAL beauty, not the artificial 'I'm wearing a mask' look that is so popular these days.

That picture was taken nearly 6 years ago and at a good angle, I don't really look like that anymore but there's no way I'm posting a current picture of myself.

Well, when the majority of what people see in movies, tv and in print are 'enhanced' women (either by surgery or photoshop) you start thinking that this is how most women look. Then, when one sees a non-enhanced and non-photoshop perfected women they think they're insanely flawed and unattractive. Even those 'perfect' women don't look like that in real life. It's all fake.

I'm sorry, what do you mean what about them? Seems like we're talking in circles. I'm saying you're using examples of very beautiful women as your "don't need surgery" women. Sure, they don't need surgery, but that doesn't make average women feel any better because we don't look like Angelina Jolie's before picture anyway. Take someone like Heather Matarazzo and say why, oh why did she have surgery. I think that will illustrate your point more clearly.
