It is diminutive, derogatory slang for female. I thought everyone knew that. But maybe someone who views women as something to score against might not.

Lol true. So a lot of women met a guy who pretended to be nice but was a tool overall. Not saying it's right but these types of men are charmers who can seduce women with ease. They shouldn't get mad because they fell for it.
