Remember the government is not supposed to tell women what to do with their bodies. Where does her right to have a child with the man she wants collide with his responsibility to his other children?
Not only is this ruling over the line. It wasn't thought through.

That woman is free to have a child, just not with the guy who had a buch of kids he isnt supporting. Having a child with the man you want is not a right. The government already has the right to take your children away from you if you are not providing for them.
Courts will take your pets and rule against people being allowed to have another pet if they have been convicted of neglecting the pets they already have. So if they can take your kids because you neglect them, why not rule to prevent you from having more? Do our dogs and cats mean more than our children?
Along the lines of what YellowJacket said. The government should stop providing support. When people start seeing starving, neglected and dead children, sterilization wont seem so bad.
