what do you think. I deal with her in a working type environment, when Im around she makes longer than usual eye contact, shakes my hand when she sees me and when I leave, smiles,tells me some personal stuff about her. What do you think?

based off of that alone, I would say she is being nice.
Considering it is at work, I would think very little of it.

I think it's a maybe. Get to know her better. Make excuses to talk more and get into more personal stuff. At that point, you will know whether she's just nice or is interested in you. Bust a move and find out!!!

take her out to lunch and see what happens outside of the work place. Just walk up and say "im going to xyz for lunch today, its a place youd enjoy, you should come with"

It sounds promising.

Have you noticed whether she does these same things with any other employees? Does it seem she only does this with you?

I agree with the posters who said you should invite her out for something casual, such as lunch or a cup of coffee. Good luck!

Do you like her? Even if she didn't everything you tell about, I am sure you tried to make her love you.
If you don't like her - just ignore her. Maybe it will break her heart, but it will be worst if you give her a chance.
