Yeah in our last house it was all "house stuff". We had replacement flooring, tile...etc.

I used to keep scraps of wood, lumber, that I would occasionally ask myself why then chuck most of it.

yeah, our garage is filled with all kinds of crap. But every once in a while the scraps cme in handy. We used some old plywood to build shelves in the bunny cage.

That was my justification.

But did you ever use any of it? lol

We do, for the most part. We don't normally have a lot of extra or waste. He buys as he builds and he's pretty exact when he plans. But it does happen.

Sometimes, but I also had situations where I had what I needed but it wasn't enough to do the project. I kept mouldings, drywall, tile, etc on hand for accidents.

Yeah, we have "spare parts" just in case we need to pull up a tile or floor board..etc.
He's got a massive amount of tools. There's a wrench in there that is huge..it's like as big as my arm. We only used it once. Came in handy when he had to turn the water off at the street.

I had a sweet ass compound mitre saw, used that more than anything. I did keep a tile saw as I may tile the backsplash at some point.

check and check. Honestly, there isn't a tool he doesn't have. My garage looks like sandford and son and I REFUSE to organize it. The only thing in there is my bike and it hangs from the ceiling. Everything else is his.

It's really unorganized (well, at least to my standards). I hate that space. It makes me twitch just walking through it. LOL

I have about 15 five gallon buckets filled soil sitting on my lanai, my veggie garden that died two summers ago and I've not had it in me to go out there to lug it all away. That's one project, I will get to end of this summer, promise. Wish I could resuse some of the soil, but not up to the work involved to make it reusable.
