All I am saying is that these boys think your girlfriend is the kind of girl who will go out with them (without you) after 1 am. I do not know what she has done to give them the impression that she is one of those girls. You probably don't know either, but the fact remains they do not respect her.

I don't know. If back 35 or so years ago I would have known a girl who had a boyfriend and would go out with me after midnight or so I would have really respected her. Or something.
My girlfriend's guy friend's are late sometimes alog with not telling her and her sister why theyvwould be late.
I'd gather that these friends are probably single and still looking. Your girlfriend and sister(guilty by association) are not high on their priorities list...just the way it goes sometimes.
You chose to ask internet strangers why these people are late all of the time? Have you or your girlfriend ever asked these people this question? They have the answer, not us.
That being said, here are my thoughts:
1) Because your girlfriend doesn't confront them on this issue, she is essentially telling them it is ok to be late. They will continue to be late, as long as she doesn't provide repercussions for their actions.
2) It is very likely that she is cheating on you. No, you have no right to "forbid" her to see ex boyfriends or control her actions. But she, out of respect for your relationship, should not be hanging out with ex-boyfriends late at night.
3) A remedial English class is definitely in order.
Replace guy friends with girl friends or just any friend. What it means is that your gf and her relatives are not important to them. Why should you even care? Seems like it is her problem. Seems like it might even just be a troll question. If she has any self respect she will tell these late friends to get lost.
