The following week I had intense cramping. I was doubled over, sweating, and had to lie down and it lasted 4 hours. I read that can be implantation. I've also been feeling nauseous and tired the past 3 days.

My period is due any day now.
My implantations were nothing like that at all. I've never heard of implantation being like that. My nausea didn't start until I was about 5 weeks pregnant. Everyone is different but I wouldn't put the cart before the horse. And everyone's fertile time is different.
Take a pregnancy test and find out. Get the abortion pill and move on with your life.
Also do get counseling...there are services out there for assault victims.
If she feels strongly against abortion, as she has indicated, adoption should be at least considered. Sometimes, by adopting a child out of a situation you know is going to be traumatic, you are giving that child the best possible chance at a good life.
This is something she can discuss honestly and at little or no cost with a so-called "evil" organization such as planned parenthood.
I am definitely going to look into those things. And I'll consider all those options.
