And I used to love sex when I first had it, but after some bad experiences, it makes me feel violated and disgusting and used... I can barely stand to masturbate as well.. any serious tips to overcome this?
Seems to be a theme this morning.
I am a highly physically charged person, so my perspective is sexual in nature. IMO you have to know how to love yourself first. Some how, you have to find yourself desirable. The way we have the freedom to celebrate ourselves is a good tool to practice that. I am jealous of the choices women have to allow these celebrations to happen. For men our toys look like something harvested from a pig and are typically uncomfortable.
As far as what you think about is another opportunity to be insightful and use your imagination on what turns you on. It's a win for your mind, soul, body, and any body your magnificent body wants to share with.
right now I think about my current guy, about our recent sexual interludes. If i am not seeing someone I either call up a memory from the past or watch gay porn.
For me, I always think about the man I am with.
When I was single, I thought about scenarios, people with no faces. I don't have any particular person to fantasize about. I never once thought about a woman. yuck

I have the "faceless people" fantasies too. It's more about the act then the person...hmmmm...I'm going to have to really pay attention the next time I think about a faceless person. I'm sure they HAVE a face, maybe I just don't recognize it or not looking at them directly??
As for the original question...I tend to get stuck on a person or an act for a while. When there is no more excitement left in that scenario I find something/someone new to think about. I never fantasize about celebrities...they seem "untouchable". I like real people that exist in my world, like my husband, the dude behind me in line at the grocery store, mailman..etc.
