Realistically, how many times a week should married/dating people have sex? What do you consider a good sexual relationship? Now the freak in us says three times a day everyday, but we know that is not gonna happen realistically for all busy people. Notice I said not all.
People vary so widely, and their situations vary so widely, that you can't pin it down any closer than that.

As a married person, I'd say the ideal is 3-4 times a week but there are times where we are so busy and stressed out, once or even none happens. He and I also have near-opposite schedules so sex can't always happen during the week.
