Where do you live that you remember all the people you see when out and about, to the extent that you remember they were with someone else?
Good question. I am horrible with faces and probably wouldn't remember either the man or the woman he was with. If I did know him, chances are I would also know the nature of the relationship he's in with the woman he's with (girlfriend, wife, sister, mother, brother's wife, real estate agent helping him find a house, etc.)
If the point of the question is if I see a man who I happen to remember having seen before with an obvious female lover of some sort would I approach him with romantic inclinations... then no, I wouldn't approach him. Like others said, I don't interfere with other people's relationships and I hate drama in my life and would never intentionally cause it by doing something so lame brained ans asinine as to try to be "the other woman." There are plenty of good, single men out there.
