It's not luck. It's the willingness to be the best person you can be, even if that requires working on yourself and your own flaws. It's also knowing the difference between the must-haves (law-abiding, non-violent, loyal person with values close to yours and with whom you laugh and love more than fight) and the nice-to-haves (ripped body, hot career, money). Finally, it's also the willingness to pick battles, not sweat the small stuff, ask for forgiveness, and forgive.

Attracting people is nothing. Anyone who is height-weight proportionate, has good hygiene, doesn't walk around dressed like a schlub, and is not butt-ugly can attract people very easily. It's having your priorities straight, interacting with someone, and forming a connection with the person over time that is the tricky part.
Cackle. One of my favorite words.

And sometimes even they attract women. Seriously, we had a man at work--sloppy, overweight, always dressed a though he pulled a suit out of the bottom of a hamper, and while he was married to a woman I work with, he screwed around with and impregnated another coworker (he's supporting that kid) and then dumped my coworker for a different woman entirely and married her. When I found this out, I said, "But he's SUCH a schlub! How does he get all these women?"

I know a number of women who ended up marrying guys who are charismatic guys, handsome (to varying degrees), and have a ridiculous amount of money.

I'm talking about not ever having to work. Being able to go to the nail salon and gym every day for the rest of their lives. And yes, some of them don't have kids.

The common denominator is that all of the women are attractive, a consensus 7.5 or higher in their demographic, and very pleasant women. None of them are the snarky, ruthless, eye rolling types.

They all also have decent education.

It's a tough competition to snag the top guys. You have to come with strong game.
