So now we're discussing how guys feel about being approached in public by women? OK. They feel shy. Anyone else have something to contribute, here?
I have been approached by a woman one time. Odds of it happening again are next to none. Women want men to do the chasing, pursuing, and ask them out. Am I wrong?

Didn't you get the memo?
Women approach guys all the time,....they "approach" by smiling and looking at guys and it is a "rejection" if guys don't initiate the conversation.
My wife hates it.
She tends to get the aggressive ones who come on strong and try to show her how "manly" they are. Or the passive aggressive types who come on strong, get shot down in flames and turn in to little Romeos trying to win her affection with kind words
