I feel like every time, that I try building up a life, it starts going better and better (with from time to time very awful moments), to eventually just fall apart, and I have to start all over again ?

I feel like I'm never going to be able to build myself a life (friends, girlfriend, good family relations) without it falling apart before I actually get anywhere good ...

Has anyone else ever felt like this?

Sure. That's how you learn. By making mistakes.

What looks good in the package doesn't always taste as good as you thought it would.

No, I have not. I suppose this is because I don't look at my life as an edifice to be built, therefore it cannot fall apart.

**** does happen, though, I'll give you that.

Yes, but have you ever felt like no matter what you do, you always end up losing the friends you had made?
Like no matter what you do, you never manage to get the girl, even though she showed interest?
Like no matter what you do, there's always a reason you get into an argue with people in your family?

No, yes, and yes, respectively.

None of these things constitute "my life" in any meaningful way, though. Messing around with your friends, chasing women, arguing with family - It is just crap to fill the time. It is both good and bad, something you should enjoy while it is there, and move on when it's not.

I guess it doesn't make sense to me that you'd treat friends, family, and women as if they were permanent, when they are not, and they never will be. I'm not real good with compassion.

Do what Ace Ventura did, go to the Tibet and meditate. You'll come back enlightened with a different outlook of life.

I guess I am really fortunate that I have never really had these problems. But I understand that a lot of people do, and I am sympathetic.

I do know that when it rains, it pours. Last week, a friend of ours was slapped with a nasty lawsuit from his ex-wife. He lost his job on Friday. Last night his car died after leaving our house, and now he needs a new engine.

Hang in there.
