If this post is true and sincere, I would have doubts about this man, too. Sorry, I can't understand how anyone can forget a special person's name, especially if one sees that person often, unless there is an underlying medical or mental problem!

I dated someone who always called me "Lucy," which is NOT my name. It really made me think he couldn't remember my name--I started responding by calling him "Ricky" and he finally got the message!

I forget names all the time, especially if I have only met the person once. Double especially if I met these people at a bar.

However, I never forget the names of the women I'm seriously interested in. No matter what.

That's creepy. All of it. Wearing wedding rings when you are not married, someone who doesn't even know your name telling you what jewelry to wear, you actually complying with his request, him staring at you as you are sleeping. Ick. Ick, ick, ick, ick.

I know churches like this and people like this. I am going to ask that we give this lady a bit of leeway, pls, and respect her choice of religion even though it may not be ours.

I also know churches like this and people like this. Until those religious chains are broken and they are freed from the brainwashing, no amount of advice will listened to. It's a bizarro world they live in.
