It is considered to be too forward to make any comments about a woman's appearance if you don't know her very well. When you get to know her better, it all depends on the type of relationship you have on whether or not it is alright to make remarks about her body parts.
For ex., at work you should never comment on a women's body at all. You are on a date and depending on how it goes it is alright to make tasteful complimentary comments about her...."you have pretty hair", "nice dress", etc. I would save the ZZ Top legs thing for a little later so she won't think you are wanting just a sexual relationship.

Same. I never care when guys or anyone compliments me, hold the doors etc; I'm all about chivalry. I once had a guy say "nice stems!" And I laughed and said thank you.

I speak only when spoken to.

If you are even lucky enough to get that.

I am into a girls legs like big time but complimenting them right off the bat is a bad idea. Try to get to know them first, date them and warm up to it. It takes a little time maybe a month or two. Take my advice and just save it. There is a time and place for everything and meeting someone for the first time isn't the time nor the place for that.

Yeah, a woman's gotta' feel that it is a genuine feel, I suppose.

Unlike us guys, where if we get told we "have a nice a$$", we aren't complaining...but we acknowledge that comment with reservation if it comes from Fiona of Shrek fame.

How about if another guy said it to you?
