No, because if you break-up, may cause some awkwardness, especially if you make a thing of tattooing your lovers' name on you. Like the sitcom Roseanne, where Bonnie says her husband's V-day gift to her is that he's going to remove all his ex girlfriend's names from his back. lol

Maybe if it was a spouse. And even then still a chance.

I always wanted to tattoo my wife's name on my arm but was afraid I'd jinx my relationship. So I remain tattoo-less.

Names as a rule are bad....small exception for blood relatives that are dead. Other than that...no f'ING way.

I never liked the idea of a tattoo and to have one of a boyfriend or your significant other is a no no. You must not allow yourself to be so attached to anyone or anything. Loving the person is enough.
