it has been a while since I have had any definitive sign. I want talk with her more flirt more be more obvious and then do it. I wasn't there for about 2 weeks. I am now making small talk with her friends around like on Monday.

I walked in there tonight I stopped and talked to the guys at the desk as I usually do. Her and her friend were looking at me from the cardio machines whispering something to each other smiling. They were looking directly at me both of them
She made direct eye contact with me once for a second. Her friend kept looking and smiling. No idea what was said.
I know her friend is there with her boyfriend working out all the time. I was still talking to the desk guys and couple other people and then they left.
No idea what was said... but they weren't giving me negative looks. It was smiles and whispers.
