People looking at a picture are gonna be attracted to looks not some intangible aura
Right, which is why you don't send out a photo if you don't know the person.

I don't understand the logic behind, "I'm hideous! And my personality sucks too! I can't get a woman to save my life! I think I'll hang around a forum about relationships for fun!"
I do agree with whoever said it is a modern-day form of self-flagellation.
I don't have her number I've never met her..her friend who's my friends friend asked me for my number so I can send her a pic of myself and she would then send it to her.
You're right I shouldn't have sent it but I guess part of me was hoping she'd like the picture and that I was wrong about my looks and that women would find me attractive..
And pics isn't how I'm gonna succeed but getting to know women and show my personality hasn't gotten me anywhere but the friend zone either.
Well heck, for all you know the friend's friend doesnt appreciate her friend soliciting pictures unasked. Dont take it so personal.

Because ... if your face is as bad as you have claimed it is about a hundred thousand times here, then photos are NOT going to make someone attracted to you.
Being photogenic is a very specific thing. I've seen people who are attractive in real life but don't look that good in photos.
It's not the kind of move you need to be making.
Honestly, I think this ex of a friend who fell asleep on you recently is your best bet, but you need to convert her because she is VERY close to putting you in "friend only" territory right now.
