You have to put yourself into situations where you can get to know a number of women.
There are all kinds of volunteer organizations and clubs where you can meet other people with similar interests. Learn to dance. Dress well. Smile. Learn to carry on a polite conversation. Be kind. And don’t give up.
You’re young enough where there will be plenty of opportunities. Women are looking for good men, too. Don’t let your size deter you from getting started.

Don’t forget grooming and dressing properly. I’m shocked at the number of young men today who don’t know how to shave, how to maintain facial hair (comb, trim, etc), clean teeth daily, brush/comb hair, deodorant, the proper amount of aftershave/cologne if any at all, wearing clothes that fit your body properly, or even cleaning under and trimming nails (hands and feet). Some seem to avoid showering and try to hide their odor with clouds of body spray. Some look like they haven’t washed their hair in a year. Some have stray hair type beards and mustache thinking they’re growing an actual beard. Some regularly dress like they’re going to a pot festival or slumming in their parents’ basement.
