Based on the virginity thread I made in the religion forum, and also on the skewed poll w/o some common options in the relationship forum.

I am the one who created that poll of which you speak, in the Relationships forum. The first version of it left out a couple of options, so I revised it. Look for the poll with title "The REVISED premarital sex / abstinence poll".

I looked at your poll and I'll vote, but your poll doesn't differentiate between "I lost my virginity to my current spouse BEFORE marriage" and "I lost my virginity to my current spouse AFTER marriage". I know lots of people who lost their virginity to the person they married, while they were still "dating" or "engaged"... but not married. I think that my "revised" poll was more comprehensive.

What's the purpose of these kinds of questions?

Seems like the answers are irrelevent.

Where is the option for those of us who have been divorced and partnerless for so long that they have been re-virginized??

Well don't you watch Sex and the City, they said you become re-virginised after a year or two, so it must be true.

Why on earth would anyone want to know when and how I lost my virginity? Surely you can find something better to do with your time? Are you compiling scientific data for some worthwhile study?
