My wife can't even talk about sex. Never has been able to

I was taking an ADD test the other day online, oh, a pretty cardinal just landed by my window. I digress. (score of 35 if I remember correctly) Attention Deficit Disorder Test

One of the questions was about sex: Easily distracted during sex, causing frequent breaks or turn-offs during lovemaking

After I took the test, I read the questions aloud to my wife. We get to this question, and she gets all flustered and you can tell she wants to move quickly to the next question.

If you can, how openly. Remember PG-13.

Hmm I am a very sexual being. I have never been in a relationship with a woman that had any qualms about talking sexually. It really is unfortunate. Discussing sex is what helps you fine tune it.

Absolutley I can talk with my SO about sex, he's the one I share myself with so I feel the most comfortable with him on the subject. We have very open communication and that includes our sexual life.

How long have you been married? Time to ask her a question she can't squirm out of. Like, "why are you uncomfortable discussing sex?"

Yes, but she has some limits. My wife is a victim of childhood sexual abuse and still has some hang-ups 40+ years later. My late wife was very open about it, and my first (ex)wife... well, no. She didn't want to talk about it, hear about it, think about it, read about it, and certainly not engage in it. Hence the "ex".
