Don't listen to anything other than the statement in bold, the rest is just an irrelevant list of things that annoy her. From what I gather you fear she is on the way out, so you're natural response is to try and show how much you love her. But this sounds like it is only smothering her and she wants some space. You cannot convince someone to love you, tell her you love her, and if she wants you she knows where to find you. and then leave her be.

you said "i wish i had appreciated her more" ...it's never to late to show her those things, even if you two break up. i just got out of a relationship where i hadn't been appreciated and let me tell you, it sucks feeling that way. to give and show your love to your SO in all you do, then they turn around and walk all over it. when someone is truly in love with someone you'd do anything for them. seeing them hurt should make you hurt, so you should do everything in your power to save that person from getting hurt....not be the cause of the hurt. i'd just say do everything you can to try and win her back with what made you two fall in love in the first place. if you want her forever DO something to prove it, before you lose her forever...
